After spending her summer holidays as a child in the South of France where the little villages often had pizza trucks, Hannah Jarvis dreamed of this simple and romantic way of life.
With encouragement from her partner Zac, the couple moved to Melbourne from London and shipped over their gorgeous Citroen H van to start the Pizza Wagon journey.
Their heavily Italian menu comes from a week spent in Sorrento, Italy, learning to make pizza.
“The crowd favourite is our 'Cacciatore', but when people try our 'Funghi' with portobello mushrooms and truffle oil it tends to top their list!”
Hannah and Zac source quality ingredients and love spending time finding yummy combinations to make up our ever-changing menu. They personally make all their dough from scratch.
