After eating his way across America, Roadrunner Fried Chicken owner Brent Debernardi decided to bring some tasty Southern-style flavours back home.
Twelve months of recipe tasting, truck design and build went into the creation of Melbourne’s first food truck entirely dedicated to Southern-style fried chicken.

“As far as I know we're the only truck in Australia using a pressure fryer which allows us to cook at a lower temperature for a shorter time, so our seasonings really stay intact and hold their flavour.”
With a background in events and entertainment, being in a different venue every day has become second nature to Brent.
