Owner Jim White came up with the concept whilst refining his BBQ skills on a year-long trip around Australia, naming the truck after his Dad, Barry.

Jim makes his own spice rubs that go on the meat prior to cooking, as well as his own BBQ sauce from scratch.
“In this type of BBQ, the sauce is King, although only if the meat is done to perfection too!”
